Additional Notes & Fees
Lot Rent	Lot rent is due on the 1^st of the month and will be pro-rated to the 1^st on arrival. If rent is not paid on the 1^st, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied to your lot fee with an additional fee of $5.00 per day for every day late, starting the 10^th. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds (N.S.F.) will be subject to a fee of $35.00.
Deposit Fees	There is a deposit equal to one month (U.S. Funds) required to hold an RV site, which will be applied to your last month's rent. If you leave before your scheduled departure date, you are responsible for the remainder of your lot fee. A $50.00 administration fee will be charged to all cancellations. All cancellations must be made by September 15^th. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.
Storage Fees	There is a $75.00 / month storage fee for all recreational vehicles & trailers placed in the storage area. There is a 3 month minimum storage fee.
Fob Fees	There is a $25.00 fee for each gate opener required. These are final sale, non-refundable units.
Pets	Management reserves the right to approve or disapprove particular type(s) or breed(s). Absolutely no aggressive breeds will be permitted. All vaccinations must be current and the office will make copies.
